The departure point is the link between the research by Nick Butler and Sverre Spoelstra on academics'€™ views of how they '€˜cope' with such demands and reports of increasing mental illness among academics.The presentation is intended to provoke reflection on form and content. And here we note how difficult it has been to sustain our chosen form in the face of the online forms for submission to Organizational Aesthetics -€“ of course. It pushes the boundary of conventions of language, authorship, editorial process (names have been obscured and changed but the process recorded is not fiction) and overall form.Enough.
